Do not base your decision on only user reviews
It’s good to look at reviews about potential hotels to get a better idea of the hotel’s reputation. But don’t let one factor dictate everything. While people will often complain online about any topic, it is important to be fair with all the information you read.
You can expect noise from traffic, construction and people if you stay in NYC’s noisy Times Square. You pay a little extra to be in the middle of the action, and the hotel cannot do anything about it.

Star ratings may not be all they seem
